kipe

is a noun meaning either (Wiktionary):
  • a willow basket used for catching fish.
  • the upturned lower jaw of a male salmon at the end of its life as it returns to fresh water to spawn.
Wiktionary also specifies that it can be used as a verb meaning 'to steal' but the inflected forms (kiped, kiping) are not currently in SOWPODS.

  • A headband or fillet.
